The lights are on but nobody's home? No matter if you are running a small guest house or a 500 room resort, the power meter keeps ticking over whether you have 100 percent occupancy or only 10 percent. Many of the facilities lights must remain on in either scenario and this adds up to very high utility bills every month. These examples illustrate what you can expect to save in power charges by converting your property from incandescent bulbs to LED. The examples are sited per room, so to see what you will save throughout, simply multiply the most appropriate example by the number of rooms available. Of course, there are a number of fixtures that light the common areas and you may want to factor in a percentage for this as well.
